Our confidence in Bluebird’s services is born from firsthand experience. During the height of the COVID pandemic, we took a chance and revitalized a struggling sister company by integrating a remote workforce from Latin America.
While we had never used offshore staffing before, our 18-month journey of process refinement and team integration turned skepticism into assurance. We began to see operations improve and turned a company on the brink of financial ruin into a profitable organization.
